Today's lunch included a turkey, cream cheese, and dried cranberry lettuce wrap. For my sides I had some multigrain crackers, cubed sharp cheddar cheese, tiny "champagne" grapes, and some apple pieces.
Like I said in my introductory post, I'm not making original Japanese style lunches. I'm just taking the idea of making them aesthetically pleasing. :)
